Some of the windows that I had installed a couple years ago started to show some signs of exterior cracking. I inquired to Mike about what I should do for the issue and he had the manufacturer get in touch with me. The manufacturer came out this summer and refinished the windows to my complete satisfaction. The windows look great and I couldn't be happier with True Value and the service I got from Mike!
